How we prepare future pastors and church leaders for a lifetime of fruitful ministry

Our Three Pillars Of Education

Leadership Development

Monday Nights 6:00-7:30pm

The first pillar of our curriculum program centers on personal growth in leadership. Our objective is to nurture students into effective leaders who inspire others through their exemplary actions. To achieve this, we offer a variety of workshops and classes that challenge everyone to grow as a disciple and servant leader. These courses provide experiential learning opportunities that deepen students’ understanding of what it means to lead with humility, courage, and integrity, all within the context of Christian values and beliefs. We firmly believe that true leadership begins from within and that leaders who are anchored in their faith are best equipped to guide others toward a fulfilling spiritual journey.

Theological Training

Monday Nights 7:30-9:00pm

Our second pillar emphasizes rigorous theological education. We aim to provide the most profound theological training possible, grounded firmly in Biblical Orthodoxy. We strive to avoid the pride that can sometimes be associated with intellectual achievement and instead focus on cultivating a deep, humble understanding of both the Old and New Testaments, as well as the core doctrines of the Christian faith. Our curriculum, taught by seasoned theologians and accredited by Global University, is designed to equip students with the knowledge and wisdom needed to interpret, apply, and communicate biblical truths effectively, fostering a robust and resilient faith that stands firm in the face of contemporary challenges.

Practical Ministry

5-7 Hours per week

The third and final pillar of our program is all about putting theory into practice. After gaining foundational leadership skills and theological knowledge, students are required to complete a minimum number of service hours at Vintage Church or Vintage Christian Academy. Here, they work side-by-side with our staff in real-world ministry settings, allowing them to apply and refine what they’ve learned. We believe this hands-on experience is invaluable, providing students with practical insights into the day-to-day operations of church ministry. At the conclusion of their service, staff members evaluate the students’ performance, focusing on adherence to our core values, job competency and excellence, and personal growth as a Christian. This final pillar of training ensures that our graduates are not just knowledgeable but also capable, and ready to hit the ground running in their own ministries.
