Luis and Martha Pereda married in 1989, combining their callings—his as a Mexican pastor, hers as an American missionary. Over 25 years, they faithfully led La Gran Comisión church in Mexicali, helping plant 10 churches in the region and equipping believers through various conferences. In 2022, they moved to the U.S. with a bold vision to raise a Hispanic evangelism and church-planting movement across the 50 states and beyond. Personally, they’ve raised six children and delight in seeing their growing family live out a strong spiritual legacy.
Nate Brown

Pastor Nathan Brown is a gifted and passionate Bible teacher, bold communicator, and visionary leader with a deep love for people and a commitment to truth. Together they’ve served in the local church for over two decades. They are the proud parents of four children, grandparents to two grandsons, and spiritual parents to many more. Their oldest son, Joshua, and his wife, May, serve on staff at Vintage Church in Harker Heights.
Pastor Nathan is known for preaching the unfiltered Word of God and for taking bold, thoughtful stands on cultural and political issues, always with a shepherd’s heart and a deep love for truth. He co-hosts the Under God Podcast with Pastor Stephen Martin, engaging faith, culture, and politics from a biblical worldview. He also plays a key role in training and developing the next generation of leaders through our Church Leadership College.
Whether he is behind the pulpit, mentoring leaders, or engaging the broader community, Pastor Nathan leads with clarity, conviction, and compassion. He believes that when the Church is healthy and bold, cities are transformed and families are restored.
