A letter from Stephen Martin
Dear future leader,
I want to thank you for taking a moment to explore what Church Leadership College is all about.
I believe with all my heart that the call to ministry is one of the greatest responsibilities a person can carry, and one of the greatest honors. Whether you're called to plant a church, lead in a pastoral role, or serve faithfully in your local church, that calling deserves to be taken seriously.
It requires more than passion. It requires preparation.
That's why we created Church Leadership College.
CLC exists to train and equip leaders right where ministry actually happens: in the local church. Through biblical teaching, real-time mentorship, and hands-on experience, our goal is to shape leaders who are grounded in truth, led by the Spirit, and ready to build the Church with wisdom, conviction, and clarity.
This program is not just about gaining knowledge: it's about becoming the kind of leader others can follow. It's about growing in biblical depth, personal integrity, and spiritual maturity, all within a community that will challenge and encourage you.
If you sense that God is calling you to more, I want to personally invite you to take that next step. This is your opportunity to be trained, stretched, and sent into the work God has prepared for you.
Let's build the Church together.

About Vintage Church
CLC is a ministry of Vintage Church.
Stephen and Kyla Martin launched Vintage Church on January 19, 2014, in a Cinemark Theater in Harker Heights, Texas. What began with a single gathering has grown into a family of three Central Texas locations.
Vintage exists for one mission: Reaching People, Building Family, and Contending in Culture. Church Leadership College is one expression of it: raising up the leaders the Church needs, formed where ministry actually happens.
