The call to ministry is not just a career path: it is a divine appointment. At Church Leadership College, we train pastors, church planters, and ministry leaders who are unwavering in their biblical convictions and fully equipped for the realities of full-time ministry.
Unlike a traditional seminary, which focuses on academic theory in a classroom removed from the church, CLC is a ministry trade school, with hands-on training embedded inside the local church. Students don't just study ministry. They do it, alongside pastors and leaders who are doing it too.
The goal is simple: graduates who carry both theological depth and practical ministry experience. Leaders ready to plant, lead, and serve: not someday, but now.
The method
Ministry is learned where it is lived.
Every class, every assignment, every conversation in this program is anchored in the local church. That's not incidental; it's the method. The local church is God's chosen vehicle for his kingdom, and so it is the right place to be formed for it.
